Kathalis' Performance

Aldarwen goes to the center of the stage and calls out once again, "Now, from the Order of Lothlorien, Knight-Corporal Kathalis o Daernoss Raavindonserke" She smiles towards Kathalis as she announces him, and then resumes her corner place.

Kathalis climbs up onto the stage, his face still covered by his cowl, reaching into his pouch retrieving a small wooden box.

Terridan and Miriamele watch Kathalis climb the steps, Terridan has a wide smile on his face, and he gives his friend a reassuring look as he retrives the wooden box.

Kathalis sighs softly glancing out across the crowd slowly opening the box and retrieving his flute, taking a deep breath he slowly begins to lift the flute and prepare to play...

Kathalis quickly launches into song with a quick merry tune, the notes seeming to magicly combine and entertwine to sound an the summers breeze blowing threw the tops of the trees and yet sound as the babbling brook flowing gently over the falls...

Kathalis fingers seem to dance magically across his flute as his plays, is cowl falling back off his head, his eyes tightly closed as he plays, his song pace slowing slowly....

Kathalis plays on, his song lowers a bit more yet the tones seem swirl together sounding as the fall of a fresh winters snow.

Terridan listens to Kathalis play, his eyes closed as he does.

Miriamele leans into Terridan softly, smiling widely as Kathalis continues to play.

Quiet suddenly, Kathalis song lifts again climbing higher and higher and higer, he finishes of with a high trilling note..

Aldarwen bows her head to Kathalis as he finishes the song, and smiles wide as she heads for the center of the stage one last time.

Terridan applauds Kathalis' playing, and Miriamele joins him as well. Terridan calls out to Kathalis, "Well done, mellon," and he and Miriamele both smile widely to Kathalis, then stand as Aldarwen speaks.
