Bleddyn at the Grove

Sacred Grove
You stand now at the bottom of a low hill. Standing atop the hill are two magnificent trees, both resembling the mellyrn all around you, but each distinctly different. The first is completely silver in color, glowing bark and leaves both. Its twin, likewise, is entirely a golden color, including its shimmering bark. In the light of the sun, this golden tree reflects the light in such a way as to illuminate the entire grove with its golden light. The air here is more tranquil than you have ever felt elsewhere. As you enter the grove, it becomes impossible to harbor even the slightest feelings of anger, violence, or hatred as the peace here overwhelms your senses. In your relaxed state, you see a bracelet resting below one of the tapestries here.

You hear a slight movement from behind you.  Bleddyn looks over at the sleeping Talia and sighs.

Knelt there beside her stricken sister, her hand rested upon the younger's brow; upon hearing a noise, that whimsical sigh.

Gillhach turns, eyeing the woodsman curiously. After a moment, she shrugs, looking to her sibling.

Bleddyn mutters "I can't believe he would try and kill her or the other."Brow raised, her curiosity seemingly piqued.

Gillhach turns roundabout in her place, looking once more to the adan; she bespeaks him,"Who is /he/ that did this? You know of't?"

Bleddyn finally realizes he is being addressed and mutters "I believe Esfaloth tried to kill the two..."

A frown creasing her brow, Gillhach questions; "Esfaloth? Come now... you should know the rule. We do not kill one another, as do your kind." She shakes her head, "No, not one of our own." She eyes the man curiously, asks "Why is it that you should believe so?"

Bleddyn looks almost disgusted as he says "Do not kill your own? I have heard tales of Feanor. I saw Talia and Tuo fall and Esfaloth standing over them saying it was his fault. I also saw him worrying the arrow that was in Tuo. Removing it would have killed her for sure..."

Gillhach sneers, "You hear only tales... do not bandy words on things that you do not understand. We are no kinslayers... the sindar are a more... civilized folk." She snorts derisively, "You saw it, you say? Why then did you not speak of it before?"
